1. Feasibility A site assessment and a straight conversation about what the block can take, what it's likely to cost, and whether the plan stacks up. No obligation.
2. Design and approvals Concept through to full documentation, consultant coordination, and the planning pathway, whether that's a CDC or a DA through council. We run the process so it doesn't run you.
3. Construction A fixed scope, a clear program, and a clean, well-run site. Regular updates and a single contact through every stage, from slab to fit-off.
4. Handover Defects closed out, warranties and compliance documented, and a finished home, not a long list of things still to be sorted after you move in.

What To Know Before You Build
A new build lives or dies on the work done before construction starts. The questions worth asking early:
- The block decides the budget. Slope, soil classification, rock, drainage, and access all move the number before a single brick is laid. We read the site properly at feasibility rather than assuming the easy case.
- Planning pathway. A straightforward home may qualify for a faster CDC; anything more complex goes through a DA with council. The pathway sets your timeline as much as your design does.
- Knock down logistics. Demolition, service disconnections, and asbestos in an older home all need managing and budgeting upfront, not treating as a mid-project surprise.
