A full home renovation in Wyong following two decades of deferred maintenance, failed waterproofing, and major water ingress. The property required strategic remediation before any cosmetic uplift could be considered.
Shafbuild led the project end-to-end under one Design & Construct contract. Scope included licensed asbestos works, external remedial works, structural remediation, full kitchen and bathroom upgrades, flooring, painting, and carpentry throughout. The completed home returned a meaningful uplift in both capital value and rental yield.
