Shafbuild is a boutique Sydney based design and construct company delivering projects through a fully integrated D&C model. We lead projects from early design and planning through to approvals, construction, and handover, providing a single, accountable delivery partner throughout.

Our D&C model is suited to development projects, new builds, and high quality fitouts where early decision making, coordination, and control are critical to success. By managing the entire process in house, we provide continuity, clear communication, and confidence at every stage.

Shafbuild is a licensed builder, led by a registered NSW Building Practitioner with accreditation in Class 2 medium rise construction. Our work is underpinned by old school reliability and accountability, combined with modern systems, organisation, and a disciplined approach to delivery.

Shafbuild is led by Danial Shafei, a licensed builder and registered NSW Building Practitioner with Class 2 medium rise accreditation. Danial brings deep experience in design and construct delivery, with a strong reputation for leadership, technical understanding, and structured project execution.

His expertise spans the full design and construct lifecycle, from early design coordination and approvals strategy through to construction delivery and handover. This depth of knowledge is why planners, certifiers, engineers, and consultants consistently trust and recommend working alongside Shafbuild. Projects are detailed, documentation is clear, and delivery is led with intent.

Danial’s leadership is grounded in experience across complex residential and commercial projects, where coordination, approvals, and decision making directly impact outcomes.
