Polyurethane joinery, 60mm stone benchtops with full stone splashback, premium appliances and tapware throughout. Two bathrooms and laundry stripped and rebuilt with custom vanities, tiling, waterproofing, and joinery. Two bedrooms refreshed with upgraded built-in wardrobes. Full reflooring and complete repaint across the apartment. The result: a meaningful uplift in both capital value and rental yield.
