One of two standalone homes (Lots 25 and 26) engaged on a full turnkey Design & Construct model, with Shafbuild responsible for end-to-end delivery from early planning through to certification and handover.

Shafbuild leads the Design and Construct delivery model, manages the full CDC approvals pathway, and coordinates architects, engineers, and specialist consultants in alignment with the client's commercial brief. Early construction input is provided to de-risk approvals and delivery, with Shafbuild overseeing programme, quality, site delivery, certification, and structured handover.

Currently in design and approvals, moving to construction once subdivision works complete later this year.
