- Valid Trade License (Where applicable)
- ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Public Liability Insurance
- Workers’ Compensation Insurance (if applicable)
- Work Health & Safety (WHS) Compliance
- Proven Experience in Commercial Construction
- Working With Children and Police Checks
