2. Certification & Authority Sign Off
Certification is actively managed, not left to chance. We coordinate consultants, certifiers, and authorities to achieve final sign-off efficiently.

- Management of Occupation Certificate requirements
- Coordination of consultant certifications and reports
- Liaison with certifiers and authorities through final approval
3. Defects, Rectification & Final Sign-Off
We manage defect identification and rectification promptly, ensuring items are resolved and signed off without dragging the process out.

This includes:
- Defect inspections and schedules
- Coordination of rectification works
- Final sign-off with the client and certifier
4. Handover & Documentation
We prepare and coordinate all documentation required for a clean handover, ensuring clients receive a complete and organised close out package.
This includes:
- Contractor certifications and warranties
- As-built documentation
- Operation manuals and handover packs
- Clear guidance on next steps post-handover
